Symptoms
In Charges tab of Service Request form is not possible to change the Override Unit Price to three decimal number.
Error:
APP-FND-00531: The amount NNN could not be correctly formatted.
The correct format is 9999.99 or -9999.99.
Steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
- Query a SR
- Navigate to the Charges tab > Pricing subtab
- In the Override Unit Price column, try to update the value with more decimals.
Changes
Upgrade from 11i to Release 12.
