Shipment Dimensions Are Not Displaying On Shipment View Screen

Symptoms
On OTM version 6.3.1 when viewing (using the VIEW button) a Shipment, the stops section has no values for the following fields:
Weight
Volume
Net Weight
Net Volume
Length
Width
Height
Diameter
Core Diameter
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the fields to be populated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Logged onto an internal OTM 6.3.1 system.
2 - Created an Order Release.
3 - Planned the Order onto Shipment ID: 02718
4 - From the results screen went to the Shipment.
5 - Clicked VIEW.
6 - Scrolled to the Shipment Stops section.
7 - Expanded the stops.
8 - The following fields are empty:
Weight
Volume
Net Weight
Net Volume
Length
Width
Height
Diameter
Core Diameter
