Symptoms
When attempting to add a new peer task on an existing project, the following error occurs.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing project
2. Open the Tasks screen
3. Try to add a new peer task 'xxx', get the error: "Task number is not unique."
However, this task 'xxx' doesn't exist in PA_TASKS table.
