Inquiry Responsibility Has Last Update Date and Last Updated Column Updated in HZ_CUST_PROFILE_AMTS And HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES Tables

Symptoms

The "Last_Updated_By / Last_Update_Date" gets updated even if you navigates to the Business Purpose section (Bill-To/Ship-To) for any customer account, even though there were no changes made.  This happens even through "Receivables Inquiry" responsibility

The following tables get updated:
HZ_CUST_PROFILE_AMTS
HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Enter the Customer (e.g. Account number 1001) and Click Go button
2. Click Details icon in Accounts section
3. Click Details icon in Account Sites section
4. Click Late Charges tab
5. Select the radio button in "Currency Rates and Conditions" section (in the middle of screen) to show the interest of each currency
6. Click Business Purposes tab
7. Click Details icons of Bill To Purpose
8. System will update the LAST_UPDATE_DATE, LAST_UPDATED_BY field in HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES table and LAST_UPDATE_DATE, LAST_UPDATED_BY field in HZ_CUST_PROFILE_AMTS table
(NOTE: The number of records updated depends upon how many currencies you have selected in Late Charges tab)
