Symptoms
Some clients have reported problems starting up new installations of OTM 6.3.1 or 6.3.2. When looking at the logs generated in the < OTM Home >/glog/oracle/script8 directory, the log generated when update_password did not contain the expected log entries, indicating a problem when the script was run as part of the create_all process.
If the update_password logs generated during the install do not look similar to this, there was a problem with the update_password script running.
