INCIAP APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1722 in inciap failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number (Doc ID 1591970.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run (INCIAP) Create Intercompany AP Invoices, the following error occurs.

 APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1722 in inciap
 Cause: inciap failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number



Changes

If inliar.lpc  file version is 115.99.115100.43
then INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTE10 would populate with numeric value though the field is of VARCHAR2.


INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTE10 has character data values in the table ra_customer_trx_lines_all.    
After updated the field values with numeric values, the program rans successfully.
This used to work without error before 11g upgrade and INV rup23 patches with character data.
