OTM Does Not Save Spot Rates In Quote For Preferred UOM (Doc ID 1592092.1)

Symptoms



OTM does not allow to save Spot Rate with basis ‘Shipment total volume’ when volume UOM in rate is same as Volume UOM set in user preference. For all other UOM, OTM let user save rates.

Eg. UOM preference for Volume is CUFT.
Then in Quote Spot rate, OTM will allow to save rate with basis ‘Shipment Total Volume’ for all other UOM except CUFT which was setup in user preference.
