Symptoms
On : 12.2.1 version, Customers Module
Attempting to create a customer and receive the following error:
ERROR

ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_U3) violated
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Customers
- Create a new customer record
- Upon saving you get the error
