Symptoms
The wf mailer intermittently stops with ERROR and the following error can be seen in the log.
UNEXPECTED:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-20425-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.Processor.run()]:java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "NONE
"
at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatException.java:48)
The issue is only impacting Framework content emails the PLSQL messages are going okay.
If the Attach Images in OAM is turned off by unchecking the Attach Images the emails go out okay.
