Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Latin Tax Engine

Attempting to add a new category on Fiscal Classifications and receive the following error:

ERROR

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables with Latin Tax Engine Activated for Colombia
Navigation:  Latin Tax > Fiscal Classifications
Add new record for a fiscal classification
