Wrong Default Value In EQUIPMENT_TYPE Table (Doc ID 1593617.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.3.2

The column EXTERIOR_HEIGHT_UOM_CODE in the EQUIPMENT_TYPE table has a default value of 'NOT NULL'.

This is causing the following exception to appear repeatedly in the logs during planning:
2013-10-01 15:07:25.907 252407 Error Exception Unable to convert NOT NULL to MM

More details about the log entry can be found in the attachment.

Other UOM_CODE columns in that table have a default value of 'NUlL' and this is not causing an issue.
