When attempting to run Close EAM Work Orders , the following error occurs in the log file:


ERROR

Log file of EAMCDCL module: Close EAM WorkOrders is showing:
Wip close concurrent program has errored or has a warning

Log file of WICDCL module: Close Discrete is showing
HZ_API_NULL_PARAMETER_RECEIVED
close date must be less than or equal to zz-yyy-xx
Exception has occurred

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected is to have the request closing the eligible work orders.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Close EAM Work Orders request for Completed work orders.
2. See that program WICDCL module: Close Discrete is getting spawned, but complet in error
