Symptoms

When running adadmin as below:

adadmin > 2. Maintain Applications Files menu > 4. Maintain snapshot information >2. update current view snapshot > 1. update complete APPL_TOP

The following error results:

32% Complete. Done updating 268001 rows[Wed Oct 23 2013 09:08:17].
32% Complete. Done updating 270001 rows[Wed Oct 23 2013 09:08:18].
32% Complete. Done updating 272001 rows[Wed Oct 23 2013 09:08:19].
AD Administration error:
adusnapUpdateGlobalView(): Error while executing statement

AD Administration error:
ORA-01653: unable to extend table APPLSYS.AD_SNAPSHOT_FILES by 16 in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA

Failed to store APPL_TOP Snapshot to tables

Error calling adusnapMaintainSnapshot



Backing up restart files, if any......Done.

You should check the file
/u02/prod/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/PROD/log/adadmin.log

for errors.
