Symptoms
In Container Optimization, when setting the LOAD PLACEMENT ITERATION CRITERIA to "2. Item, Space, Rotation", it uses "3. Item, Rotation, Space" instead.
This can be seen by retrieving the conopt xml where it shows:
ITEM_ORIENTATION_SPACE
instead of
ITEM_SPACE_ORIENTATION.
