Opening The Order Details URL From The Worklist Noticification Gives Error (Doc ID 1597769.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When user tries to open the Order Details URL from the Worklist Notification, system is throwing the error
The user is an Oracle user and has access to the Order Management Responsibility.
The user is able to approve the process but not able to open this from the Notification link.

Error
"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System administrator."

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Notification from Worklist like Notification Return Order XXX for YYY requires approval
  2. Clicking "Additional Order Details"
