EBS WMS: Cannot Move LPN. LPN Is Located Into Inventory Locator But Status Is "In Receiving"

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer cannot transact LPN due to wrong LPN status. Customer delivered the LPN in inventory locator and then did a partial return of the LPN. Now LPN is "In Receiving" status and cannot be transacted from inventory locator
Error Message
Canot transact LPN.
From LPN Inquiry, LPN is in status "In Receiving". From Material Workbench, form is showing that the LPN is Receiving subinventory into a locator that does belong to another subinventory.
Step To Reproduce
1- Receive 2 Po lines into one single lpn.
2- Putaway LPn to Inventory locator
3- Return 1 line to receiving. This make the LPN to reside into revceiving and inventory at the same time. System do not ask to split the returned item into different LPN.
