When attempting to view Financial Inquiry the following error occurs.

APP-OFA-48289: Unknown error. Please contact your system administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into FA application
2. Open Financial Inquiry screen
3. check financial information for one asset
