Symptoms
Performing a search based on organization raises an exception:
FRM-40735:APPTREE_EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-6502
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to -> Maintain Using Templates -> Maintain Employees.
2. Select view by organization.
3. Click on the People By Organization node
