Wrong Arbitrary Selected When Rate Record Is Constrained On The Order Release (Doc ID 1600267.1)

Symptoms

Customer has an Arbitrary configuration where they are planning an order release through Source and Destination VIA points. The configured rate has multiple RO Lane Special Services through different Via points.

 

The Order Release is updated to have a Constraint for the specific rate that forces through a specific VIA point, however the Special Service selected is the cheapest of the listed special services and not the one associated to that specific VIA point on the Rate Record.
