Reporting user not populated when entering/sending a Shipment Tracking Event (Doc ID 1600506.1)

Symptoms

After modifying the "TRACKING EVENTS" Agent action from "Shipment Match" to "Legacy Shipment Match" validations are working fine but the Reporting User of the Tracking Event is always NULL.
It is not showing the user information there.
