Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues
When running an XLM / BI Publisher Java Concurrent Program that produces a large XML output file, the following request log file error message occurs.
ERROR

"Beginning post-processing of request 2754597 on node xyz123 at 04-NOV-2013 19:04:26.
Post-processing of request 2754597 failed at 05-NOV-2013 00:12:46 with the error message:
The concurrent manager has timed out waiting for the Output Post-processor to finish this request.
Check that there are enough Output Post-processor service processes running.
More information may be found in the service process logfile."
The OPP log file may show, "Caused by: java.lang.ThreadDeath"
