Symptoms

When attempting to import CONTACT_GROUP via DB.XML, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Exception Cannot update the CONTACT_GROUP record. [CONTACT_GID] must reference a valid CONTACT record.
java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_CG_CONTACT_GID) violated - parent key not found
