Goal

The oe_order_pub.G_LINE_REC will have the last order line id in the sales order by the time pricing is trying to evaluate the formula.
Therefore this document will explain how to go about capturing the current sales order line_id,  modifier id (list_header_id and list_line_id),
price list id and price list line id.
