R12 : PO Output For Communication Does Not Display The Ship To Location (Doc ID 1602494.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, if releases exists for a BPA, the corresponding BPA PDF was showing the ship to location details as blank at the header level.

Steps to Reproduce :

1 - Create a BPA and approve it                                      
2 - Create a Release for the above BPA                                
3 - Run the PO Output for communication request for the BPA with regenerate flag = "Y"     
 
 PDF document shows the ship to location details at the BPA header level properly as blank
