Goal

User is trying to add a financial task to project and receive error: "Task Number Not Unique".

It seems that this task existed in a published version of the workplan - actually 2 versions.

The task does not exist in the latest published version.

The task also does not show in the Projects (PAXPREPR) form.

How can this be resolved?
