Goal

How can users validate a field via forms personalization or Custom.pll when there is not an event trigger such as Post Field, Validate Field or Post Change?
AND
Will user need to go through full Form Customization using Forms Builder or is there another for such a basic function/need?

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cannot find event trigger to validate field via forms personalization or Custom.pll because there is not event trigger
such as Post Field, Validate Field or Post Change? Please confirm. What are my options. Will I need to go through
full Form Customization using Forms Builder or is there another for such a basic function/need?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Trying to validate a field value "REQUEST DATE" on the line block via Forms Personalization and send a message
to the user warning them of the incorrect entry. However, it appears that Forms Personalization does not allow it.
Even Custom PLL does not allow it. Am looking for any mechanism whereby I can send user a message on
entering back dated or post dated Request Dates.
