Goal

After implementing a new organization, business users are facing the below error when adding a service item to a quote.

APP-ASO-236394: A Service Reference is required when adding the product to the quote .

The quote has existing items already entered.
When using the Service Reference search to find a serviceable product in the current quote,
    why are no results returned when they quote has 2 existing items entered?
