ServProv Domain Not Filtering Shipment Remarks Based on VPD Profile

Symptoms
A VPD Profile is created that includes restrictions on the table: SHIPMENT_REMARK
When a user with this VPD Profile attempts to view a Shipment that includes restricted remarks using the ScreenSet: BUY_SHIPMENT_EVENTS, they are able to see the restricted remarks.
In contrast, the remarks are not visible (expectedly) when using a Shipment Screen Set
