Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Lot Cost Process, log file return message as one of the component issue transaction for this Batch cannot be costed ,
setting FG lot as Uncostable.
ERROR-----------------------
Cannot calculate cost of lot ABC because material transaction (transaction_id) cannot be costed
WARNING: Setting Lot for the orgn/Item/Lot 123(ABC)/1(ItemA)/Lot as uncostable
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Lot Cost process
2. Check corresponding log
