Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release
Customer is experiencing 2 false messages at Pick Release form
1)
When Pick Releasing ,customer has an issue when they select 'Execute Now' button on the Release Sales Orders For Picking form, even though the order may not
have sufficient inventory for picking, they're getting the following message.
APP-WSH-228446: Pick Release Online has completed successfully.
Customer then re queries the order and there is not delivery assigned to the order
2)
When Pick Releasing an order where inventory is on hand and selecting execute now button
Customer receives the message
APP-WSH-231033: Pick Release Online has ended with a Warning. Please check the Shipping Exceptions Report for further details.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2) Navigate to Shipping
3) Release Sales Order
4) select rule
5) Order number
6) Select Execute now
