Symptoms
Customer is using the "Edit" option on the "Quote Cost Option" to enter a Spot Rate. When doing this, the "Origin Location" and "Destination Location" data is displayed as "DUMMY LOCATION". Alternatively, if the "Add" button is used, the location data is correctly displayed, however a duplicate row is added.
