Symptoms

 On OTM Version: 6.3.2
When attempting to run the dbpatch_63.sh script for migrating from 6.3.1 to 6.3.2 for the scalability tables; APP_MACHINE, APP_MACHINE_FAILOVER, APP_SERVER and APP_SERVER_MACHINE the following issue occurs.

 -- Issue
The APP_MACHINE, APP_MACHINE_FAILOVER, APP_SERVER and APP_SERVER_MACHINE have the DEFAULT records re-inserted or existing records may be overwritten.

For instance, if you were using DEFAULT as one of your machine names the URL in the APP_MACHINE table would be reset to the out-of-the-box value.

 -- Expected Behavior
That they would keep the new SCA settings

 -- Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue scalability settings need to be updated manually after running the 6.3.1 to 6.3.2 migration.
