BSA Form Does Not Accept End Date Previous To Sysdate (Doc ID 1606857.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter a Blanket Sales Agreement where the expiration date is earlier than sysdate, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Please enter a valid date range. Expiration date must be greater than or equal to activation date and current date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Blanket Sales Agreement with dates at header:

Activation Date = 10-Jan-2013
Expiration Date = 31-Dec-2013

2. Enter the following dates for line 1 and the error is shown.

Activation 10-Jan-2013
Expiration 09-Dec-2013

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Not able to end date and add a line for same item on current date.
