GLPPOS Posting Fails with Error7 - Showing Invalid Journal Entry Lines or no Journal Entry Lines (Doc ID 160726.1)

Symptoms

When try to post a Mass Allocation Journal, with balance type Budget the following error occurs:-

ERROR
Error7 - Showing invalid journal entry lines or no journal entry lines

The STATUS column in GL_JE_BATCHES has value of 'Z'
The STATUS column in GL_JE_HEADERS has value of 'X'

Changes

Make sure all of the following conditions are true:

1. Account combinations are assigned to a Budget Organization.
2. All the account code combinations are valid.
3. The Budget Entry type for the account is entered.
4. Budget is NOT frozen.
5. Budget fiscal year is open for the Budget
