Workflow Status Diagram Not Shown in SSL Setup (Doc ID 1608018.1)

Trying to start up the Status Monitor on an instance with a fairly complex setup which consists of
- A load balancer SSL
- Behind the Load Balancer there are 2 physical middle tiers
- SSL is enabled on both of these middle tiers

SSL Connectivity tests have been carried out and both the Workflow Mail and the rest of EBusiness suite seem to work okay.
Certificates were imported , checked and rechecked

Symptoms

Navigate to workflow System Administrator>Workflow: Administrator Workflow>Notifications> Select Notification>Open>Workflow Monitor>Workflow Details>View Diagram

It is expected that the Workflow diagram will appea,r but this does instead:
