Workflow Status Diagram Not Shown in SSL Setup

Trying to start up the Status Monitor on an instance with a fairly complex setup which consists of
- A load balancer SSL
- Behind the Load Balancer there are 2 physical middle tiers
- SSL is enabled on both of these middle tiers
SSL Connectivity tests have been carried out and both the Workflow Mail and the rest of EBusiness suite seem to work okay.
Certificates were imported , checked and rechecked
Navigate to workflow System Administrator>Workflow: Administrator Workflow>Notifications> Select Notification>Open>Workflow Monitor>Workflow Details>View Diagram
It is expected that the Workflow diagram will appea,r but this does instead:

:STATEMENT:[fnd.wf.WFBaseUtil]:Bad url to fetch data from:javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No name matching xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.com found
:STATEMENT:[fnd.wf.monitor.webui.GraphMonitorCO]: URL could not be connected
Occasional occurrence of this in the Mailer log:
Caused by: oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.NotificationFormatter$FormatterSAXException: Problem obtaining the HTML content -> oracle.apps.fnd.wf.common.HTTPClientException: Unable to invoke method HTTPClient.HTTPConnection.Get caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: KeyUsage does not allow key encipherment)
