POXPOERL: User-Defined Exception In Package PO_DOCUMENT_CHECKS_PVT Procedure POPULATE_PO_LINES_GT when Submitting Release for Approval (Doc ID 1608453.1)

Symptoms

In POXPOERL.fmb when attempting to submit blanket releases for approval the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Purchasing responsibility navigate to the Enter Release form POXPOERL.fmb.
2. Open a Blanket Release document.
3. Submit for approval and the error occurs. 


Following is found in FND log :

po.plsql.PO_CORE_S.GET_LINE_IDS.180.EXCEPTION ;SQLERRM = User-Defined Exception
po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_CHECKS_PVT.POPULATE_PO_LINES_GT.others_exception
EXCEPTION: Location is 010 SQL CODE is 1
po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_CHECKS_GRP..PO_SUBMISSION_CHECK.008 Back in GRP package.
