Custom Responsibility - Switch Responsibility Drop Down is Missing Responsibilities (Doc ID 1608784.1)

For some custom responsibilities, when navigating to standard pages from these responsibilities, there appears a list of responsibilities to which the current responsibility context can been switched.   In that list,  the custom responsibilities itself are not shown even though we are navigating from those responsibilities.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Use responsibility : use custom responsibility
• Navigation : absence management
• Switch responsibility drop down does not show custom responsibilities
