Inventory Transaction Worker Completes With Error callTM fails: err: (Doc ID 1608942.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to launch the material transaction manager, got following error in the inventory transaction worker log file.

ERROR
-----------------------
14:11:37 : getting release level
14:11:37 : isJrelease is 1
14:11:37 : Table = 3
14:11:37 : callTM fails: err:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Inventory responsibility
2.Setup > Transactions>Interface manager
3.Choose 'Material transaction'
4.Tools > Launch manager
5.Check the inventory transaction worker log
