On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS
Test environment

When attempting to update an Inbound AGIS Transaction, the Update button is disabled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AGIS outbound transaction.
2. Submit
3. AGIS - Inbound
4. Query the batch
5. Update button is disabled.
