Solution Text Not Displayed on Action Check

Symptoms
An Action Check is configured with a "Cause" and a "Solution" label. When the Action Check is triggered, the message only displays the "Cause" text. In clicking on the "Stack Trace" tab, only the Label IDs of the Solution and Cause are displayed (not the text).
