Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related

When attempting to add cross-reference item via direct item entry, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Duplicate cross reference part numbers found. Please enter a cross reference type for this cross reference part number.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iStore
2. Navigate to Direct Item Entry display page
3. Search for the cross reference part number Test_01
4. Click on Fill Details > Error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use cross-reference items on direct item entry UI.
