When attempting to make an Assignment as Primary (Back Dated) for an employee, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager >
2. People >
3. Enter and Maintain >
4. Query the employee
5. Click on Assignment Button >
6. Click on Date Track Button and Select Appropriate Date >
7. Check Primary Flag in Statutory Information Tab >
8. Click Save
