Stop Time Details Are Not Displaying For Shipment Action "Change Stop Time" (Doc ID 1610847.1)

Symptoms

Shipment action "Change Stop Time" is not working properly as the Stop Time Details are not displaying on the User Interface.

Select a shipment -> Actions -> Change Shipment Details -> Change Stop Time -> a new screen will appear -> for all options "Planned Time", "Estimated Time" & "Actual Time", the following date fields are no longer defaults with the values from the shipment stops, now in 6.3.1 they are blank. In 5.5 these Fields are showing the current dates on the shipment stops.
