Symptoms

Error on Supply Demand Item form

Users are having major delays in transactions for picking errors and receiving POs, and also got the following error when trying to inquire demand for an item in Oracle:

Error:
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error - 1426 in FND_TRANSACTIONS SYNCHRONOUS
Cause: FND_TRANSACTION.SYNCHRONOUS failed due to ORA-01426: numeric overflow

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
