Symptoms

When attempting to generate draft revenue for a project via PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error in Get_irs_amt API :ORA error encountered while processing pa_cost_plus.get_exp_item_indirect_cost
.
Cursor 13: ORA-01403: no data found

This is only happening on one project and it started after the Burden Schedule is updated with a new rate.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Updated the burden schedule for the project with a new rate.
2. Run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project
3. Review the log file and see the error.
