Delivery Appointment Not Copied From Order To Shipment if Bulk Planned

If an Order Release has BOTH the pickup and delivery appointment box checked, and the order is Direct Planned - both the appointments are transferred to the shipment.

But if the same order is Bulk Planned, the shipment has ONLY the pickup appointment - no delivery appointment.
