Delivery Appointment Not Copied From Order To Shipment if Bulk Planned (Doc ID 1611812.1)

Symptoms

If an Order Release has BOTH the pickup and delivery appointment box checked, and the order is Direct Planned - both the appointments are transferred to the shipment.

But if the same order is Bulk Planned, the shipment has ONLY the pickup appointment - no delivery appointment.
