Symptoms
User Preferences not applied to "LOADED DISTANCE" and "UNLOADED DISTANCE: on the Online Booking/Tendering screen.
You have a User Preference with DISTANCE UOM selected as KM. OTM by default stores the value of loaded distance and unloaded distance in MILES. You applied the User Preference to the User but it is not affecting the output on the Online Booking/Tendering Screen.
