Web ADI : Blank Screen When Clicking On "Create Document" (Doc ID 1612535.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Applications 12.1.3,
after applying the following patches to support 64 Bit Microsoft Office:

Patch 10108052 OFF10CERT:ONE OFF PATCH REQUIRED FOR BUG 9967127 FOR 12.1.3
Patch 16399718 10414473: SUPPORT WEB ADI WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 64-BIT VERSION
 
Actual Behavior
When clicking on the Create Document function it shows a blank page on page BneCreateDoc

Expected Behavior
User should be able to see the screen for Create Document function.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into eBusiness suite
2.Click on Create Document function


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Web ADI.
