Symptoms
When Secondary Charge shipment is created manually with the action 'Create Secondary Charge'. The logic of assigning the equipment is inconsistent.
1) When Quantity type - Picked Up and Location Type is NOT Source : There is no equipment assigned to the resulting shipment
2) When Quantity type - Received and Location Type is NOT DESTINATION: There is no equipment assigned to the resulting shipment
3) When Quantity type - Planned: The equipment of secondary charge is re-used of original shipment
