Symptoms
It is observed that 'Invoice Bill Date' column which is available as part of the Invoice result screen has a different format when the data is being exported out of OTM. Previously in 6.2.3 it used to provide data in the format: 2013-02-15 00:00 US/Eastern. Now in 6.3.1, the exported data for that column is in the format: 10/22/2013 6:45.
